MEET YOUR MINDFULNESS TEACHER
I found mindfulness over ten years ago, long before I imagined I’d be teaching it. What began as a way to feel calmer and more present gradually became something I felt called to share.
With a background in psychology (BA, MSc) and as a certified mindfulness teacher, I blend evidence-based practice with a warm, practical approach to help individuals and teams build resilience, focus, and self-compassion in ways that fit real life.
I offer 8-week programmes, private coaching, and corporate workshops, both virtually and in person, working from London with clients around the world.
My approach is structured but never rigid — kind, grounded, and often light-hearted. There’s no pressure to “get it right,” just space to build skills that support how you show up in work and life.
At the heart of it all is a simple belief: when we fill our own cup first, we show up clearer, steadier, and more capable — for ourselves and others.
